Camden Rocks Festival have added a further 60 bands to their 2019 edition. The latest announcement is headed by indie rockers, The Pigeon Detectives. Since their platinum-selling debut album ‘Wait For Me’, the Yorkshire quartet have pulled together a deep catalog, with their latest effort being the more reflective ‘Broken Glances’.
English reggae-influenced punk rockers, The Ruts DC are included, celebrating the 40th anniversary of their debut album ‘The Crack’. Metal-core four-piece Glamour Of The Kill will continue their comeback, whilst anthemic pop-rock Londoners Luna Bay and acoustic-duo Undead Raisins (Andy & Colin from Hundred Reasons) are among those featured.
Camden Rocks pride themselves on supporting the finest emerging acts in today’s rock landscape. Their latest announcement included over 50 up-and-coming bands, including The Dunts, The DSM IV, Novacub, Skarlett Riot, Catch Fire, Hello Operator, and many more.
The above additions join an already stellar line-up of talent from various genres, led by the likes of Frank Turner, Deaf Havana, Ash, The Wonder Stuff, New Model Army, Wheatus, Carl Barat, and Ratboy.
The festival takes place on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd June 2019, giving fans the opportunity to see over 400 bands play across 20 venues within Camden Town, London. Now in its eighth year, this one promises to be bigger than ever, thriving off the music scene that makes Camden such a special place.
