Camden Rocks has a reputation for turning the London borough into a lovely place to just experience great music, and this year is shaping up to be no different if the second crop of bands announced are anything to go by.
Kicking off the announcement is Frank Turner who will be headlining the Saturday of the festival, he’ll be bringing is plethora of hearty folk songs to the capital in what’s sure to be a great singalong. Also announced are 90+ bands who you can see listed below, but I thought I’d point out a couple of my favourites;
Richie Ramone– One of the few Ramones to make cracking solo songs.
Nervus– These are just the best band, perfect for singalongs, emotion and great guitar music.
Queen Zee– Right ‘ole punks. Always great live.
The Estevans– Indie lads with just enough punk bite in them.
Gold Key– This lot feature members from Sikth, Nervus and Gallows. Are they good? Yes.
Discharge– Old school British hardcore, I’m very excited to see these legends.
Lotus Eater– Bleak, gloomy techy groove metal.
