After falling deafly quiet for far, far too long, those Marmozets have announced a headline tour to warm up for their Reading & Leeds Festival slots.

After setting out their stall as one of the most exciting British bands in 2014 and playing almost every festival you can think of they went quiet. In less than a month they will rectify this though, taking in most of the country over 10 days, as you can see here:

August
17th – Newcastle, Think Tank?
18th – Sheffield, Plug
19th – Liverpool, Arts Club
21st – Oxford, O2 Academy
22nd – Brighton, The Haunt
23rd – London, The Borderline
24th – Cardiff, Clwb Ifor Bach
26th – Reading Festival (NME / BBC Radio 1 Stage)
27th – Leeds Festival (NME / BBC Radio 1 Stage)

With a new album in the works, and a fan base that has been more patient than the band could have ever hoped for, this tour may be the last time the Marmozets play venues this size (apart from Reading & Leeds, they’ll set out their stall there many more times I’m sure!). Get your tickets early!
